Synthetic quartz crystal bars are grown under high temperature and pressure autoclave. Usually growing period is about 60 to 90days.

Orientation of quartz crystal bars are set up into AT cut or BT cut with X-ray Equipment.
Synthetic quartz crystal bars are cut into thin crystal blanks by using highly accurate multi-blades.
Quartz crystal wafers are stuck together with adhesive for “rounding process”.
The blank rounding is depending on the crystal ‘s packages. It’s rounded or cut into rectangular shape.
Frequency Lapping is to grind the crystal blank surfaces, using abrasives to a targeted thickness and frequency.
Lower frequency blanks, e.g. center frequency under 10 MHz, crystal blanks are beveled along its edge.
The crystal blanks are etched in an acidic solution to improve the surface finish and reduce the spread in frequency of the production batch.
After etching, crystal blanks are cleaned with water.
Crystal blanks are sorted with X-ray by measuring its angle.
